Stock Availability

We make it easy for you to know the availability of our products on our website:

• In Stock (typically delivered within 4-7 days).

• In Stock at Distributor (typically delivered within 2 weeks)

• Call for Availability: The item is usually available with our supplier, but it's best to check with us for the exact lead time.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to keep our website updated, but high demand can occasionally deplete our stock. If we can't ship your order within the usual 4-5 working days, we'll contact you with a new delivery date.

Shipping

In the UK, standard shipping takes 2-4 working days. Our goal is to make sure your products reach you as quickly and affordably as possible.

• Shipping charges will be added to your order, and you'll see the total cost before you finalize your purchase.

• Although we must charge for shipping, we do our best to keep it minimal. Some deliveries might require a signature. If you won't be home, please provide an alternative delivery address or include notes when placing your order.

Safe Place Deliveries

We deliver between Monday and Friday and can bring your order to your home or workplace, whichever is more convenient for you. Most orders need a signature upon delivery. If we're unable to obtain a signature or reach the specified address, the delivery will return to ML Masts & Rigging.

Please note that we might not always be able to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, it’s your responsibility from that point on.

• Larger/Heavy items (2-4 working days): From £9.95

• Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: From £5.95

• Channel Islands: From £5.95

For some products, the shipping price may not be displayed due to size and weight. Please contact us for a quote or arrange collection from Port Solent.

Rules & Price Changes

Due to ongoing changes in goods transport rules and prices, we might need to re-quote some delivery costs. We'll always reach out to you if there's a change in the delivery charge.

International Shipping

For now, our website only supports UK shipping. However, we're working on adding international deliveries. Please call us for a quote, and we'll do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible.

For all shipments outside the UK (including the EU), VAT won't be charged, and the recipient may need to pay import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information on importation policies.

Costs for shipping internationally are based on package weight and destination. For large/heavy orders, contact us for a competitive shipping cost.

VAT Prices on our website include UK VAT at the current rate. For export orders outside the UK, VAT will be deducted, including for the Channel Islands.
