4. How the Contract is Formed

After you place an order, we’ll send an email to confirm we’ve received it. Please note that this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order yet. When your order ships, we’ll send you a Dispatch Confirmation email to confirm the contract.

The contract is formed once we send you the Dispatch Confirmation, and it only covers the products that are confirmed in that email.

Prices on our website include VAT, but delivery costs are extra. Prices can change, but we won’t charge you more for orders that have already been confirmed. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and payment by bank transfer.

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., Custom-Built ropes and rigging).
• Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.
• Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.

If you made an error in ordering a custom product, please reach out. If you reorder the correct item, we might be able to offer you a partial credit, depending on how easy we can resell the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that doesn't meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
