Cancellation Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your items, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, just let us know by sending a clear statement to: info@martinleaning.co.uk.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund within 30 days. We'll use the same payment method you used for your order, and you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be eligible, please ensure:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items can't be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., Custom-Built ropes and rigging).
  • Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.
  • Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.

If you made an error in ordering a custom product, please reach out. If you reorder the correct item, we might be able to offer you a partial credit, depending on how easy we can resell the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that doesn't meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
