Winch Servicing & Maintenance
We offer full-service maintenance for all winch brands, including pedestal and drive train assemblies. We use only genuine parts and manufacturer-approved lubricants to keep everything in top shape.
Our comprehensive winch servicing process restores smooth operation, reliability and safety to your yacht's deck hardware.
Each winch is carefully dismantled, and all components are thoroughly cleaned to remove old grease, salt deposits and contamination. Gears, bearings, pawls, springs and drums are inspected for wear or damage, with recommendations provided for any replacement parts required.
All serviceable components are lubricated using manufacturer-approved lubricants and reassembled to the correct specification. The winch is then function tested to ensure smooth operation, correct pawl engagement and reliable performance under load.
