The Selden Kappa section was specifically designed for the 420 Class and continues to be the ideal section for the boat for the following reasons: Lightest weight mast Performs like a stiff mast with correct spreader and chock settings Will de-power with rig controls  Reduced drag due to small section size The Kappa mast has been the most successful 420 mast ever, winning more National, European and World titles than any other mast section. Cumulus and Zeta sections also available.

420 Booms - two options Olympus and Ultima. The Olympus section is very popular. This very thin walled section was developed for 470 and is both stiff and light. It is supplied with a 2:1 internal outhaul and three heavy duty attachment points.

Tapered aluminium spinnaker poles are offered in both 38 and 42 mm centre diameters, tapering down to 25 mm at each end. This gives maximum stiffness in the area of maximum load, yet keeps the pole down to minimum weight. The poles are available in various taper configurations to offer the most efficient pole for your boat.
