Selden O-fittings for forestays are designed to provide a secure and reliable attachment point for forestays on masts. These fittings are typically used to attach an inner or removable forestay, allowing for articulation of a swaged eye terminal or a bite for a soft eye on a Dyneema stay.

The use of halyard leads ensures the proper angle between the halyard and a roller furling unit so as to minimize the possibility of halyard wrap when the sail is furled or unfurled. Including insulation plate and fixings. These are specifically designed to be used with stainless steel wire halyards as it will prevent the wear of the wire. The “U” contour design makes it simple to retro fit.

Selden halyard lead fitting in stainless steel. Includes pop rivets. The fitting is to be lacquered inside to insulate it from the mast. The fitting must only be used with rope (not wire halyards).
