The Anti-Torsion (AT) cable is integrated in the luff of the sail and thimbles connect the luff to the drum and to the halyard swivel. Special Cable clamps are required to fit the thimbles to the Seldén AT-cable. A dedicated halyard for Code 0 is required and 2:1 purchase is recommended to obtain the required luff tension and to reduce the load on the halyard sheave and on the line stoppers. A Seldén CX drum (1) and halyard swivel (2) for thimbles are used both for the Code Zero sail and an additional gennaker. A Seldén CX drum(1)  is combined with a Free Tack Adapter(3) and a GX halyard swivel(2) , both of them with Seldén line lock. The furled sail with the Adapter is connected to the drum and the sail is hoisted with the spinnaker halyard. Seldén GX drum (1) and halyard swivel(2) and an Anti-Torsion (AT) cable (3) is included in the kit. The drum and the halyard swivel are permanently fitted to the sail with the Seldén line lock. Connect the drum to the bow and the spinnaker halyard to the halyard swivel. Lead the furling line to the cockpit by using Seldén Double Fairleads on the stanchions, tighten the furling line and secure it in the Twin-Cam block. Thereafter hoist the furled sail. 

These are included with the GX Kit, however for the CX kits you will also need an AT-Cable. The more torsional rigid AT-cable, the quicker and safer the sail will furl. Seldén provide the most rigid cable on the market, three times more rigid than the second best. CX - Code Zero furlers - The AT cable is sewn into the luff of the sail. Seldén thimbles and cable clamps are easy to install and provide a quick attachment system to the CX furler. Multiple sails, each with their own AT cable, can be used with a single CX furler. GX - Asymmetric Furlers - As included with the GX kits, the AT cable is attached to the tack/drum and halyard swivels using the Seldén line lock system. The AT cable then forms part of the furling system. It is designed to be left attached to the sail when not in use. The Seldén CX-GX Adapter Kit includes a Free Tack Adapter and GX halyard swivel with Seldén line lock system. Once installed on the AT Cable the kit allows the CX furler to be used as a GX Furler. This system allows one CX Furler to be used for multiple purposes and sails.
