Seldén Furlex 304TDE for 8mm and 10mm Forestays

The Furlex 304TDE provides electrically powered headsail furling in a through-deck installation for 8mm and 10mm forestays. The drive is located below deck while the sail tack can be positioned closer to deck level.

Seldén's current Furlex Electric system operates with a 42V drive supplied through the appropriate PSU from the yacht's 12V or 24V electrical system. The 304 electric drive family develops up to 90 Nm maximum torque.

204TDE or 304TDE?

The 204TDE covers 6-8mm forestay wire, while the 304TDE covers 8mm and 10mm wire. Forestay length, lower termination and the required control arrangement must also be checked.

Seldén Furlex 304TDE Electric Through-Deck Furler

The Seldén Furlex 304TDE is the electric through-deck model for 8mm and 10mm forestays. It combines powered furling with a below-deck drive arrangement, leaving less equipment exposed on the foredeck.

Five forestay configurations cover lengths up to 20.06m, with standard Sta-Lok, integrated rigging-screw and swaged-terminal options plus dedicated 304E control packs.
