The Hanse 311 rigging guide is designed to help owners scope a replacement project before any parts are manufactured. The kicker recommendation is presented as a separate equipment option, allowing it to be considered during the refit without treating it as part of the standing-rigging set. Even apparently standard production boats can acquire different fittings over time, so photographs and measurements from the current rig are more useful than relying on the model name alone. Before ordering, compare the model page with the actual rig and resolve any difference in stay layout, wire size, end fittings, pin dimensions, rigging screws or furler connections.
