The Westerly Konsort rigging guide is designed to help owners scope a replacement project before any parts are manufactured. Winch guidance is kept as an optional deck-equipment item, which helps distinguish a core re-rig from upgrades that may be desirable but are not essential to the stay set. Previous rigging work can alter terminals, rigging screws, mast fittings or the forestay arrangement even when the basic yacht model has not changed. Before manufacture, confirm every stay’s material and diameter, finished length, upper and lower terminal type, pin size, rigging-screw thread and the complete forestay or furler interface.
