Seldén Furlex Electric Furling Systems

The Seldén Furlex 204E is an electric jib furling system for 6mm, 7mm and 8mm forestays. Its electric drive provides push-button headsail furling without a conventional furling line, with two-speed operation for controlled reefing and furling. Choose the required forestay diameter and length together with a standard Sta-Lok terminal, integrated rigging screw or swaged-terminal version. The Furlex assembly and control pack are selected separately, with Genoa, Cutter and no-button control options available. The Seldén Furlex 304E is designed around 8mm and 10mm forestays, giving larger cruising yachts push-button headsail furling with two-speed electric operation. Five above-deck Furlex configurations cover forestays up to 20.3m, with standard Sta-Lok, integrated rigging-screw and swaged-terminal options. Select the Furlex assembly together with the appropriate 304E Genoa, Cutter or no-button control pack. The Seldén Furlex 404E is the high-load electric model for 12mm and 14mm forestays. Its electric drive develops up to 135 Nm and provides two-speed powered furling for larger headsail installations. Available configurations cover forestays up to 22.5m with standard Sta-Lok, integrated rigging-screw or swaged-terminal arrangements. Separate 404E control packs are available for Genoa, Cutter or installations where control buttons are supplied elsewhere. Choose one PSU Start pack per boat and one Control pack per drive unit. The packages are designed to include the minimum items necessary for a complete, standard installation. For systems with many drive units or long cable distances, additional cable lengths and sizes might be needed.  Seldén Power Supply and SEL-Bus system can be extended at any time by adding extra drive unit(s) and respective control pack.
