Harken 6237 – 45 mm Element Single Footblock

The 6237 is the fixed footblock version of Harken’s 45 mm Element range. Unlike a swivel block, it is designed to be securely fastened to a suitable deck, coachroof or spar and used where a line needs a permanent change of direction.

Harken specifies a maximum 12 mm line diameter, 700 kg maximum working load and 1,400 kg breaking load. The forged hardcoat-anodised aluminium sideplates and composite sheave provide a robust, low-profile solution for permanently mounted line leads.

Installation must use suitable supporting structure and the specified mounting arrangement so the fitting can safely carry the intended working load.
