The Amel Super Maramu rigging guide is designed to help owners scope a replacement project before any parts are manufactured. The furler section is useful for checking whether the existing forestay system should be retained, replaced or considered alongside a wider furling upgrade. Factory options and later refits can produce meaningful differences between sisterships, particularly around the forestay, furler, mast terminals and lower attachment points. If the old rigging is available, copying the original stay set after checking its condition and dimensions is usually more dependable than manufacturing solely from a model-based schedule.
